As you are aware, we are in a water shortage. Therefore, please keep your water usage to a minimum and report any leaks from kitchen, bathroom sinks, bathtubs, toilets running, and even outside running water that is on our building.

Good news! You can now pay your rent online by simply choosing the ‘E-Check’ payment option when you log into your resident portal.
We are also pleased to announce that you can now pay your rent via Credit Card. This new payment method offers you an additional secure and convenient way to pay your rent via your tenant portal.
